Introduction and Agreement

Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration

When registering an account at d999, you must provide accurate and complete personal information — including your name, date of birth, and contact details. d999 reserves the right to close any account that was opened with incorrect or incomplete information.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each user may only open one account at d999. If additional accounts are found, d999 reserves the right to deny all such accounts and any funds held in them.

3.3 Account Security

Your account username and password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party. All activity carried out on your account is considered your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact [email protected] immediately.

3.4 Account Suspension

d999 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances—

  • When a breach of these terms and conditions is found
  • When false information is found to have been provided during account registration
  • When activity suspected of being fraudulent, money laundering, or dishonest manipulation is detected

Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

4.1 Deposits

Accepted payment methods at d999 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks for all methods. Every deposit is verified before being credited to your account, so there may be a short processing time.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Processing normally takes between 10 and 45 minutes from the time of the withdrawal request, though it may take longer due to verification checks.

Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method registered under your own name. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.3 Financial Verification

d999 reserves the right to review withdrawal requests for financial security and regulatory compliance. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold during the review period. This is done to maintain service quality and protect against fraudulent activity.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

d999 offers a 100% welcome bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. For example—

  • If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you will receive a bonus of 20,000 Ks and can start with a total of 40,000 Ks. In that case, the 20,000 Ks bonus carries a 25x wagering requirement of 500,000 Ks, which must be met before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
  • If you deposit 220,000 Ks, you will receive the maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks and can start with a total of 320,000 Ks. The 100,000 Ks bonus carries a 25x wagering requirement of 2,500,000 Ks, which must be met before withdrawal is allowed.

The bonus will only become withdrawable cash once the 25x wagering requirement on the bonus amount has been met. Please note that the wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only — not 25x the deposit amount.

5.2 Bonus Withdrawal Restrictions

If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus balance may be forfeited. If d999 finds that a player deposited only to collect the bonus with no genuine play, d999 reserves the right to deny any funds related to that bonus.

5.3 Promotion Changes

d999 reserves the right to modify promotion terms at any time. Each individual may receive the bonus only once, and claiming it through additional accounts is not permitted.

VIP Levels & Cashback

The d999 VIP program has 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. You can move up based on your play and activity, and the higher the level, the higher the weekly cashback rate—

  • Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
  • Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
  • Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP levels and cashback rates are subject to change in line with d999 policy. Cashback is not calculated on bonus funds or withdrawn amounts — it is based on genuine play volume only.

General Gaming Terms

7.1 Bet Cancellation

d999 reserves the right to void any bets resulting from a technical malfunction, incorrect display of game results, or platform errors. If a bet is voided, the stake will be returned and any winnings from that bet will not be paid out.

7.2 Irregular Play

Using bonuses to meet Wagering Requirements through improper methods — such as downloading play-pattern software, manipulating software, or exploiting game mechanics to extract funds — is not allowed. If such activity is detected, the account and funds may be confiscated.

7.3 Right to Suspend Service

d999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend services for technical maintenance, server upkeep, or other reasons. The outcome of any games in progress at that time will be determined based on server records.
